Membership Policy
Important Member Benefit Notes:
Putting benefits apply only once the putting course is open and available and do not apply retroactively. Included simulator hours, included putting rounds, simulator guest passes, guest putting rounds, and other monthly benefits expire at the end of each billing cycle and have no cash value. Discounts do not carry forward or apply retroactively. Simulator guest passes cover one guest for one simulator booking, up to 3 hours. Complimentary guests count toward the maximum suite capacity of 6 total players.
Peak Time Definition:
Peak hours are Friday after 4:00 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday. Included peak-hour benefits are capped by tier to protect weekend and prime-time public availability.

**Golf Simulator Waiver & Assumption of Risk:
By completing this booking, I acknowledge that use of the golf simulators, golf clubs, golf balls, hitting mats, screens, turf, furniture, and related facility areas involve risk of injury or property damage.
I agree to participate safely, follow all posted rules and staff instructions, and ensure that only one person swings at a time. I agree not to swing unless the area is clear, and I understand that Ada Indoor Country Club may stop play or remove guests for unsafe, reckless, impaired, or inappropriate behavior.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with simulator golf activities, including but not limited to being struck by a club or ball, slips, trips, falls, strains, equipment misuse, or the actions of other guests.
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, I release and hold harmless Ada Indoor Country Club, along with its owners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives, from claims arising out of my participation, use of the facility, or presence on the premises, except where such release is not permitted by law.
I understand I may be responsible for damage caused by unsafe, intentional, reckless, or improper use of facility equipment or property.
If I am booking on behalf of other guests or minors, I confirm that I have authority to accept these terms on their behalf and will ensure they follow all facility rules.
